Can I confirm order without payment?

We will only proceed with orders upon full payment, no verbal confirmation.
How soon should I make payment to confirm the order?

Please make full payment within 24 hours after you receive the order confirmation. Payment made less than 48 hours before delivery date will not be entertained, we will refund back to you.
Can I cancel and get a refund after I have placed an order?

> 1 week before: Full refund > 4 days before: 50% refund 2-3 days before: 30% refund On the day / a day before: No refund
Do you provide delivery?

Delivery is via 3rd party delivery companies (eg: Lalamove) with additional delivery fee depending on your location. Please provide your full address for the delivery fee amount. Alternatively, you can arrange for self pick up as well.
If there is a damage done during the delivery, do you provide refund?

We will send you a picture proof of the order in perfect condition before sending out. If there is any damage done by the delivery person, we can help to lodge a complain and refund with the 3rd party delivery company if you wish to do so. If the order is delivered perfectly to you and the damage is done after, it will not be our responsibility.
How to store the bakes?

Please store the bakes in the refrigerator (chiller compartment, NOT freezer) upon receiving. Take the bakes out from the refrigerator 30 minutes to rest in room temperature before serving.
How long can I store the bakes?

Cakes & Cupcakes: 3 days (in the refrigerator) Macarons: 1 week (in the refrigerator) Cookies: 2 weeks (in air tight container) Chocolate bombs: More than 1 month (in the refrigerator)
Are your bakes halal?

We do not have halal certificate but we do not use non-halal ingredients (eg: alcohol and pork lard). All our ingredients have the halal logo on them.
